Hi everyone,

I know you want to be happy. I did…even when things looked the worst.
You might be clinging to an old event or relationship where you’ve felt betrayed. I’ve been through that and frankly, it crippled me, through depression and apathy. I was in bondage to the past and to the person.
In the present I felt weighted down with bricks.
It’s really hard to create anything successful with a lack of energy and focus.
If you want to feel better try this effective exercise:

Close your eyes and think of the person you are most angry with.
Breathing deeply-allow yourself a few moments before you call forth a symbol to replace the person’s face or the event you are seeing in your minds eye.
Notice if the symbol changes as you stay with it.
Put one hand over your heart and open your eyes.
Immediately (without thinking) put your pen to paper and write down what’s coming forward about what the symbol means and is trying to tell you.

This exercise bypasses our over-active brains and can lead you to another level of letting go and opening your heart…and listening to your True Self.
